How do I charge my wallet?

It is simple! Click on the "Charge" button in your personal space, choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and select the amount you want to add to your wallet. The transaction is instant and secure.

Where can I use my funds?

Your funds can be used on all PayForPress partner sites. Check our complete list of partners on our Partners page. This list is regularly enriched with new quality media.

Can I withdraw my funds?

Currently, the withdrawal is not possible. We are working on this feature which will require an identity verification and will include transaction fees to cover banking costs. We will keep you informed as soon as this option is available.

Why doesn't PayForPress appear on all articles?

The PayForPress integration is visible only on partner sites and only on articles they have chosen to monetize through our platform. Each media remains free to its monetization strategy.

Why do the prices vary between articles?

Prices are set by each partner media according to their own criteria (length of the article, exclusivity, production cost, etc.), within a reasonable range. PayForPress does not set the prices.

I've unlocked an article but it displays poorly

Although our tools are powerful, technical issues can occur. If you encounter an issue, contact us via the contact form including your email and the article link. We will respond quickly and refund the micro-payment if the problem comes from our systems.

What is your refund policy?

In case of technical issue on our side, we automatically refund the micro-payment. For other cases, contact our customer service which will study your request on a case-by-case basis.
